一、競賽宗旨

本競賽旨在透過英語短影音形式，鼓勵學生探索與分享中醫藥相關知識，提升對中醫藥的理解，並增進英語表達與數位創作能力。參賽者可藉由影片創作，將中醫藥的理念融入生活應用，培養溝通與敘事能力，進而增進中醫藥於國內外年輕世代中的影響力。
Objective: To encourage students to explore and share knowledge related to Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) through short English videos, enhancing their understanding of TCM, while improving their English expression and digital creation skills. Participants can integrate TCM principles into practical life through video creation, fostering cross-cultural communication and storytelling abilities, and further enhancing the influence of TCM among the younger generation both domestically and internationally.

三、競賽主題

 以「中醫藥」主題發揮創意，內容不限於以下方向：

  • 中醫在日常生活中的應用
  • 中醫食療與日常飲食
  • 中醫四季養生之道
  • 中醫對感冒的療法介紹

Topic: based on the theme of "Traditional Chinese Medicine" (TCM), with content that is not limited to the following directions:

  • The application of TCM in daily life
  • TCM dietary therapy and everyday nutrition
  • The principles of TCM seasonal health care
  • Introduction to TCM methods for treating colds

四、參賽資格

  • 參賽者需為中國醫藥大學在學學生（含大學部與研究所）。
  • 採個人或團體(至多 5 名)報名參賽。團體報名需指派一名隊長代表填寫報名表單，作為指定授權代表人，並且有權代表該團體負責活動過程之聯繫、入圍及得獎權利義務之一切相關事宜。
  • 同一人不得跨隊伍報名參加。
  • 每隊投稿件數以 1 件為限。

  • 報名之所有成員和代表者，請自行分配團體內部的各項權責歸屬。若有任何爭議產生時，概由報名者自負相關責任，主辦單位將保持中立且不涉入上開爭議。

    Qualifications:
    -Participants must be currently enrolled students at China Medical University (including undergraduate and graduate students).
    -Students can apply individually or in groups (within 5 students). For group entries, one member must be designated as the team leader to fill out the registration form. The team leader will act as the authorized representative responsible for all communication and matters related to the competition, including finalist selection and award acceptance.
    -Each participant may only join one team and is not allowed to register in multiple teams.
    -Each team is allowed to submit one entry only.
    -All members, including the representative, are responsible for internally allocating rights and responsibilities within their team. In case of any dispute, the registrants will bear full responsibility. The organizer will remain neutral and will not intervene in such matters.

五、徵件期間
即日起至2025年5月15日(星期四)中午12:00止。
Application Deadline: 12:00 noon 15 May 2025 (Thursday).

六、報名方式
採線上報名，於表單填寫資料並上傳參賽作品，徵件結束時將關閉表單。
Online Application: Please fill in the online registration form. The form will be closed after the submission deadline.

七、參賽作品規格

  1. 影片長度：60 至 120 秒。
  2. 影片格式：1080 x 1920 像素（含）以上，直式影片長寬比為 9：16 之等比例規格影片，MP4 檔。
  3. 作品類型：影片型態不限，劇情、實景拍攝、採訪報導或是動畫製作皆可，且均須包含影片主題之必要元素。
  4. 影片須加上英語字幕。
  5. 影片使用之語言以英語為限。
  6. 影片不得出現種族、性別歧視、違反善良風俗與公共秩序等內容。
  7. 影片不得出現剪輯軟體浮水印。
  8. 相同內容影片不得重複上傳，否則僅最後上傳版本視為有效。
  9. 作品未曾進行商業發佈或其他參賽作品。
  10. 作品需授權本計畫之社群平台推廣與相關活動。

作品投稿說明
-作品命名格式：作品名稱_隊長姓名_EMIshorts2025。
-須保留原始拍攝影片檔案，以利主辦單位確認原創性。
-作品須為作者原創，若使用他人授權素材，需註明來源。若使用 AI 藝術生成軟體進行創作，需於填寫報名資料時自行揭露，倘若揭露不實，主辦單位有權取消其參加權利。
-主辦單位將審查投稿作品，若有疑慮將以 Email 方式聯繫確認。

Competition Timeline:
1. Application Deadline: 2025/5/15(THU)12:00 noon.
2. All submitted works will be uploaded to the College of Chinese Medicine EMI YouTube channel (https://www.youtube.com/@cmuccmemi/) on 2025/5/16.
3. Online Voting for Best Popularity Award: 2025/5/16 ~ 2025/5/23 12:00 noon.
4. Award Announcement: The list of awardees will be posted on the webpage of the College of Chinese Medicine in Early June 2025 (https://ccmemi.cmu.edu.tw/).

九、評選標準
評比總分為100分，各評審分數加總取得平均分，並依據序位法核定名次。

參賽作品須緊扣中醫應用主題，內容切題且具學術價值。影片應清楚呈現完整且正確的中醫知識與應用，表達清晰、條理分明，並展現一定的學術深度與專業性。

影像技巧表現、渲染力:

影片應具創意，能吸引觀眾注意，剪輯流暢，並兼顧畫面、音效與視覺效果的品質。

英語表達與流暢度

30%

語言適切性、翻譯正確性:

參賽者應以清晰且流暢的英語進行表達，發音標準，字幕準確，語言運用自然順暢。

Competition Rules:The total score is 100 points, including Content (35%), Creativity and Video Production (35%) and English Expression and Fluency (30%).

Competition Awards:
1) Awards: Gold Award*1 (NT$10,000), Silver Award*1 (NT$6,000), Bronze Award*1 (NT3,000), Best Popularity Award*1 (NT$5,000). The top 3 winners will be given a certificate.
※The Best Popularity Award is an independent award and is not included in the evaluation scores. The winner will be the one with the highest number of LIKES on the official YouTube channel of CMUCCMEMI.
※The evaluation and awards shall be decided by the judges. The judges reserve the right of making the final decision and to award no prize.
